Amelia grew these guys from seeds. Couldn’t leave them alone to fend for themselves overs the holidays, so they came on holidays with her. All the way from Sydney to Geelong and return.

Some Rain for November

You can hear the garden growing. Last night we got 35 mm rain and followed up with another 20mm thismorning. Thats a wacking 55 mm and is eqivalent to the expected total fro the month of November. Any rain at all these days is an unusual occurance.

Its summer and despite the lack of water (we are still on Stage 4 water restrictions) Gaye's garden is responding to her 'green thumb'. We waited a long time for the magnolia to bloom, but when it did, if we had blinked we would have missed it.
