Nic and Vas's Gum Tree

This is the first piece of the big red gum that was in Nic and Vas's front yard. Dim brought it over for my (amongst other things) Christmas pressie. Cutting into green wood is so full of surprises. Who would have known that so many colours would emerge. Although,,,, I think Dim might have known when he chose the piece for me.
